Condition: grades in the verbal range above (raw, conservative seller estimate). 7-region damage inspection: (1) All four corners are rounded and show fraying; upper left corner shows approximately 2mm of rounding, other corners similarly affected. (2) All four edges exhibit fraying and minor splits within margins (left edge shows 3-4mm fraying, right edge 2-3mm). (3) Surface shows no holes larger than 2mm, no missing pieces, but heavy soiling and staining throughout both sides. (4) Multiple heavy folds counted: one vertical centerfold, two additional vertical folds, one horizontal fold—all have broken the paper surface. (5) No visible tape repairs or glue. (6) Paper is completely limp, no crispness remaining. (7) Serial numbers and watermarks remain visible despite damage.
