Quick version
- Orders ship from Wisconsin, usually within 1-3 business days.
- Tracking is emailed when a tracked order ships.
- Most items are pre-owned, vintage, or one-of-one, so returns are limited to damaged, incorrect, or clearly misdescribed items.

Shipping
We ship from Wisconsin using USPS or UPS, depending on the item, size, weight, and destination. Most orders leave within 1-3 business days after payment clears. During busy weeks, weekends, holidays, or severe weather, carrier movement can take a little longer.
Shipping prices and available services are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies when the cart qualifies for the current free-shipping threshold shown on the site.
Trading cards and very small paper items may ship in protective envelope packaging when appropriate. Higher-value card orders ship with tracking. Raw cards are protected in a sleeve and toploader or card saver unless the listing says otherwise.
Tracking
If your order ships with tracking, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several hours to update after the label is created.
If the carrier marks a package delivered but you do not see it, check nearby doors, mail areas, parcel lockers, household members, and your local carrier office first. If it still does not turn up, contact us and we will help with the next step.
Local pickup
If local pickup is available at checkout, wait for the pickup-ready message before heading out. Pickup orders must be collected by the person who placed the order unless we approve a different pickup name in advance.
Returns
Because most pieces are used, vintage, or one-of-one, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the item is significantly different from the listing.
To start a return request, email returns@shoptbm.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if damage is involved.
Please do not mail anything back without approval first. If a return is approved, we will send return instructions. Approved items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including any tags, packaging, cards, accessories, or pieces shown in the listing.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a carrier claim is resolved when applicable. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or missing packages
If an item arrives damaged, keep the item, packaging, mailer or box, and label until the issue is resolved. Carrier claims often require photos of the original packaging.
If a package appears lost in transit, email returns@shoptbm.com with your order number and tracking number. We will review the tracking and work with the carrier when a claim or search request is available.
Marketplace orders
This policy applies to orders placed directly on shoptbm.com. Purchases made on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, or any other marketplace follow that marketplace's checkout, shipping, return, and buyer-protection rules.
